Opportunity: Hotel Room Distribution

Place your product in the hotel rooms of trade show attendees. Room distribution is a convenient and effective way to reach your prospects. Ability to place one item, one night attendee and exhibitor rooms at one of the following hotels: Sheraton Inner Harbor, Hilton Baltimore, or Marriott Inner Harbor.

Inclusions With This Opportunity:

• Recognition as Gold Sponsor.
• Distributed in the guest hotel rooms on Thursday, September 13; OR Friday, September 14.
• Multiple items and/or literature can be distributed as long as they are contained in one bag, basket, etc. Item must be approved by New Hope Standards Department.

Opportunity Details:

• Gold Sponsor- $21,995 for three hotels (Hilton Baltimore, Marriott Inner Harbor, and Sheraton Inner Harbor).
• Silver Sponsor – $7,995 for one hotel (Hilton Baltimore).
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure contract 11 months from the event. Last date to contract: August 30, 2018.
• Non-exclusive sponsorship per night, per hotel.
