Opportunity Details:

• Press Room located in the Baltimore Hilton, connected via sky walk to the Baltimore Convention Center.
• Press Room open to qualified press members Wednesday September 12th – Saturday September 15th.
• Press Room Bag Artwork Deadline: August 1, 2018.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure contract 11 months from the event. Last date to contract: July 27, 2018.
