Details:

In-person market samples:
- Product must be submitted for approval by New Hope Network Show Management due to size and product constraints.
  - Opportunity limited to 1 product line and up to 3 flavors.
  - Product must be sample-sized, typically 3 oz or less and/or smaller than 6in x 6in.
  - Product must be grab-and-go; products that require preparation including cutting, cooking or pouring will not be approved.
    - Grab-and-go product can be refrigerated or frozen.
- New Hope Network to manage Market set-up, display, and product replenishment.
- Exhibitor to provide product information and logo for market display board.
Connect to Press Happy Hour:
- Happy Hour will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2023 in the Press Room located in the Grand Hall.
  - Exact time of day and location subject to change.
- Additional product for sampling during happy hour must be hand carried into Press Room.
- Connect to Press exhibitors are only permitted in the Press Room during the Connect to Press Happy Hour.
Recognition begins once contract is received.
- Last date to contract: Friday, September 1, 2023.
