Marketing Opportunity Inclusions:

  • Opportunity to have your product sent to and sampled by 100 top Natural Products Expo East retailers specifically interested in your product category.
    • Top buyers are hand selected by the Natural Products Expo Team.
    • These buyers are able to select their product categories of interest, ensuring your product is going to the most effective recipients.
    • Product categories include:
      • Frozen & refrigerated – sent to the top 100 retailers interested in this category.
      • Shelf-stable food and beverage – sent to the top 100 retailers interested in this category.
      • Health & beauty/ lifestyle/ other – sent to the top 100 retailers interested in this category.
  • In order to guide the retailers through the contactless sampling experience, retailers will receive their curated sample box with the following branded aids:
    • Product guide created by New Hope Network that will include your company name, company logo, product name, product description and contact information.
    • Opportunity for company to provide a digital sell sheet, max size of 8.5”x11” double-sided, for show management to print and include in box.
  • Retailer recipients will be encouraged to give product feedback and visit your Expo East Virtual Booth to engage further with your brand.
    • Product feedback to be shared with brands.
  • Brand will receive a list of the retail companies that received the Contactless Sampling: Retailer Box.

  • This opportunity is priced for one item/sku.
  • Price depends on required method of shipping, size and weight of product:
    • Shelf-stable (products that can be stored and shipped without temperature control)
      • Shipped weight up to 9 oz. or max measurements of 8″ x 6″ x 3″: $2,750
      • Shipped weight up to 12 oz. or max measurements of 12″ x 8″ x 4″: $3,250
      • Shipped weight >12 oz. or larger than 12″ x 8″ x 4″: $4,250
    • Frozen (products that require frozen storage and shipping)
      • Any weight or size: $5,500
    • Refrigerated (products that require refrigerated storage and shipping)
      • Any weight or size: $5,500
  • 120 total items will be required to fulfill this program.
    • A 20% product overage is required by distribution partner.
  • Products must arrive to fulfillment warehouse in Illinois between August 16 – August 20 to be eligible for these sampling programs.
  • Custom boxes or multiple product packs will not be accepted by distribution partner.
  • Recognition begins once contract is received.
    • Last date to contract: August 13, 2021
  • Non-exclusive marketing opportunity.
