Opportunity: Custom Booth Reception

A custom booth reception is your opportunity to network with present and future clients in the convenience of your booth during show hours. Your party will be promoted and coordinated by SupplySide Show Management and served by Mandalay Bay attendants. You can enjoy your choice of food and beverage with clients while discussing new business.

Sponsorship Deliverables:

• Custom reception at your booth for 1.5 hours on the date & time of your choice during expo hall hours
• Your choice of one of the following beverage selections:
  • 50 bottles of wine (25 cabernet, 25 chardonnay)
  • 50 bottles of champagne
  • 1 keg of domestic beer with 12 bottles of cabernet & 12 bottles of chardonnay
• Your choice of one of the following food selections:
  • Assorted cheese & cracker platter
  • Assorted vegetable crudités
  • Custom sheet cake with your company logo
• Attendant(s) at the booth to serve food & beverage for duration of the reception
• Custom napkins with your 1 or 2-color company logo
• Digital signage with sponsor logo recognition and custom one-liner promoting the reception in a high-traffic area of the show, including all booth reception sponsors
• A photographer will visit your booth during the reception to capture photos of the event which will be shared within one week post-show

Marketing Inclusions:

• Sponsor logo recognition in email promotions to pre-registered & potential visitors including other relevant show information 
• A call-out on the Expo Hall map in the Show Directory with sponsor logo recognition and reception details (date, time & booth number)
• Sponsor logo recognition in daily schedule emails during the show including other relevant show information
• Sponsor logo recognition in a pre-show social media post on SupplySide social channels

Choice of beverage with custom sheet cake: $15,000

Choice of beverage with cheese & crackers or vegetable crudités: $19,000
