Opportunity: Distribution Bins

Do you have a product sample or company branded item that you want distributed to visitors outside of just your booth? The Distribution Bin sponsorship is your solution! Each lobby can have up to four participating sponsors - don't miss your opportunity!

Sponsorship Deliverables:

• Sponsor to provide ingredient, product or promotional item to be distributed in your choice of one, two or all three of the lobbies:
  • Bayside B Lobby
  • Bayside C Lobby – SOLD
  • Bayside F Lobby
• Quantity: 4,000 items per lobby
  • If the product is food or beverage, it must be single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage)
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide Show Management
    • Antibacterial wipes, lip balms and notepads will not be approved as they are offered as separate sponsorships for SupplySide West
• One (1) distribution bin per lobby with your custom artwork
  • Custom artwork will be on all 5 panels of bin; each panel can be different graphics
• Bins will be refilled by SupplySide Show Management throughout the show day(s) until product supply runs out
• One representative from sponsoring company may distribute product at their distribution bin on both expo hall days

One (1) lobby: $6,000

Two (2) lobbies: $10,000

Three (3) lobbies: $15,000
