To elevate this conversation at Natural Products Expo East, New Hope Network has partnered with (included), a membership collective for BIPOC top executives in CPG, to breakdown the barriers in place for under-represented groups. This opportunity not only helps to open doors for BIPOC business owners but will give your brand extra exposure at the show and let the natural products audience know that your company stands behind this important initiative.

Supporter Opportunity Inclusions:

• Recognition as a Silver Sponsor.
• Supporter logo included in the show map ad promoting (included) member brands.*
• Supporter logo featured on digital signage in the Grand Hall promoting (included) members booths.
• New Hope Network will be providing a sampling station for (included) member brands to sample at throughout the show, located in the bridge outside of Hall A.
  • Supporter logo featured on signage at the (included) sampling station.
• Supporter logo will appear with all promotions of the (included) and Project Potluck Happy Hour.
  • Marketing pieces include: pre-show marketing, the Natural Products Expo West online agenda, the Show Directory*, and onsite signage.
  • (included) and Project Potluck Happy Hour is currently scheduled for Thursday, September 21 on the show floor from 4:00 – 6:00pm.

  • Friday Evening Concert is currently scheduled for Friday, September 22 in the Grand Hall from 6:00 – 8:00pm.

• 100% of the funds collected for this Supporter Opportunity will be used to offset the hard costs of creating opportunities for (included) brands participating at Natural Products Expo East.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received.
  • Last date to contract: Friday, August 11, 2023.
• Non- exclusive supporter opportunity.
