Opportunity: FiNA Theater – Sponsored Content

Reach more people outside of your booth by presenting at the Food ingredients North America Theater! This is an opportunity for you to talk in a 30-minute timeslot about how your company's products are driving innovation in the marketplace. Located on the show floor, FiNA Theater presentations are free for all SupplySide West & Food ingredients North America participants to attend.

Sponsorship Deliverables:

• 30-minute speaking opportunity in a presentation format at the FiNA Theater Booth #1350, located on the show floor
  • Sponsor is responsible for providing speakers and any presentation slides. AV equipment is provided by SupplySide Show Management
    • Must be reviewed & approved by SupplySide Standards & Compliance Team
  • The selected speakers should have merit and experience in line with the content; either outside experts or company representatives may be appropriate
  • The nature of the content must be educational and non-promotional. Successful examples in the past have included market trends, research studies, thought-provoking discussion about macro issues in industry, application demonstrations, etc. Highly promotional and sales-centric content is not appropriate for this venue
  • SupplySide Content Marketing Director is available to support content development and session moderation where needed
  • Sponsor will be provided with sponsorship marketing tips which contain helpful details to promote and market your presentation to drive attendance
  • Session title and description should be determined by July 7, 2023 to allow for maximum exposure within FiNA Theater programming promotion
    • Must be reviewed & approved by SupplySide Standards & Compliance Team
• Presentation schedule with date/time, session title and sponsor logo recognition included on signage outside the FiNA Theater
• Sponsor may provide literature or promotional item to be distributed in the session room
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide Show Management
• Sponsor will receive the list of session participants with complete contact information within one-week post-show
  • All leads include those that have given consent for 3rd party share per Informa data privacy policies
  • Sponsorship program must be paid in full before lead delivery begins

• Show feature promotion with sponsor logo recognition in the Show Directory
• Sponsor logo recognition in email promotions sent to pre-registered & potential visitors including other relevant show information 
• Sponsor logo recognition in daily schedule emails during the show including other relevant show information
• Sponsor logo recognition in a pre-show social media post on SupplySide social channels
• Show feature promotion with sponsor recognition in the show app
  • Sponsor may provide supporting literature to include in the show app for attendees to download 
• Push-notification in the show app promoting the show feature

ADD-ON – Video Recording: $2,000

Sponsor will receive an .mp4 video file of your recorded presentation within 2 weeks post-show
