Opportunity: First-Time Visitor Reception

All visitors who indicate this is their first time to the show during registration will be invited to attend this exclusive event, where they can meet with various members of the SupplySide West Show Management team, Industry Rock Stars and other first-time visitors. Plus, those registered will get the lowdown on making the most of their SupplySide West experience. As the sponsor, you will have the opportunity to meet and greet with new customers before they even enter the show floor in an intimate and unique setting!

Date/Time: Tuesday, October 24 from 5-7pm

Location: Border Grill at Mandalay Bay*

Sponsorship Deliverables:

• Sponsor logo recognition included in online registration of First-Time Visitor Reception
  • Registration is limited to SupplySide West & Food ingredients North America first-time visitors only 
• First-Time Visitor Reception will take place the evening before the expo hall opens
• Reception will include a hosted bar & hors d’oeuvres inside the event space
• A representative from sponsoring company has the opportunity to welcome visitors to the reception
• SupplySide Show Management will be scanning badges of visitors at check-in
• Sponsor logo on signage promoting the reception within and outside of event space
• Custom napkins with your 1 or 2-color company logo used at reception
• Sponsor may provide literature or promotional item on designated tables within the event space
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide Show Management
• Sponsor will receive photos from the First-Time Visitor Reception within one week post-show
• Sponsor will receive list of visitors who registered for and attended the event with complete contact information within one week post-show
  • All leads include those that have given consent for 3rd party share per Informa data privacy policies
  • Sponsorship program must be paid in full before lead delivery begins

• Show feature promotion with sponsor recognition in the show app
• Push-notification in the show app promoting the show feature
