• Happy Hour is open to all participants with hosted food & beverage stations in the expo hall
• Sponsor logo recognition included on:
  • Promotional signage in the lobby
  • Signage at food & beverage stations
  • Napkins distributed at food & beverage stations
• Sponsor has the option to provide product to be distributed by company representative at designated table next to one of the food & beverage stations
  • If the product is food or beverage, it must be single-serve and approved sample size
  • Item must be pre-approved by Show Management
• Sponsor shout-out included in an announcement at the start of the event
• Sponsor will receive photos from the event post-show
