• Sponsor to provide one piece of literature (brochure, invitation or flyer) or product sample that will be placed in the Hosted Buyers Lounge.
• Sponsor logo and booth number featured on 1-color imprint cocktail napkins.

• Sponsor to provide one piece of literature or product sample which will be subject to approval by New Hope Standards.
  • Sample/Literature deadline: Friday, August 18, 2023
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received.
  • Last date to contract: Friday, August 11, 2023.
• Sponsor representatives cannot have a physical presence in the Hosted Buyers Lounge.
• Product being sampled in Hosted Buyer Lounge must be shelf-stable and cannot require cooking of any kind.
