Sponsorship deliverables:

  • Event homepage ad with your custom artwork, which links to your exhibitor profile or a website URL of your choice 
    • On web desktop, your ad is displayed in a vertical banner ad on the right side of the homepage 
    • On mobile, your ad appears as a full screen interstitial ad 
    • Artwork specs: 1080×1920px, 9:16 ratio, no larger than 1MB, .jpg 
  • Company logo recognition as the mobile app sponsor on the homepage, which links to your exhibitor profile 
  • Rotating banner ad with your custom artwork at the top of the event pages, which links to your exhibitor profile within the app or a website URL of your choice 
    • If desired, sponsor to provide their own tracking link in the URL or embedded pixel for external tracking 
    • Your banner ad will rotate with other sponsor and/or SupplySide ads 
    • Total number of clicks on your ad will be provided within one-week post-show 
    • Artwork specs: 
      • Web: 2520 x 180px, 14:1 aspect ratio, no larger than 5MB, .jpg 
      • Mobile: 720 x 180px, 4:1 aspect ratio, no larger than 5MB, .jpg  
  • Push notification in the mobile app with sponsor text recognition 
    • Highlight your booth/products/services with one (1) custom push notification on the expo hall day of your choice 
    • Sponsor to provide copy; 140-character limit including spaces and punctuation 
    • Push notifications are shown on the device’s lock screen when enabled 
    • Push notifications are scheduled at the discretion of SupplySide show management, but if the sponsor has a specific time in mind we can likely accommodate

  • Sponsor logo recognition in email footers within SupplySide promotional emails sent to pre-registered participants after the mobile app goes live
