Opportunity: Networking Hub

Our Networking Hub is a space for all things education, networking and mentoring. Want to lead a product workshop, host an education session or create an impactful networking discussion? Sponsoring a slot in the Networking Hub is the perfect way to connect with attendees on a more intimate level, with space to seat 30. With access to AV, the space can be multifunctional to fit your needs.

Pre-Show:

• Work with the event team to select a slow (various times available).
• Supply the session title, speaker names, and descriptions that will be included in the Networking Hub agenda and printed event guide by the deadline provided by the Event team. The agenda is promoted before the show on our website, meeting platform, and LinkedIn
• An event lead will guide you through the AV process and answer any questions you may have. They will share promotional assets with you to help with engagement for the session as well

During Show:

• A 15 minute set up window to get ready for your session
• Access to full AV in the hub including; one screen, speakers, handheld microphones and chair setup
• Seat drops of promotional items are acceptable during your session. These must be pre-approved by the event team and they will help to hand them out on the day

Post-Show:

• The option to request to see top-line data of how many people attended the session and the attendee badge type. Detailed scan data can be purchased at an additional cost
• The option to receive any professional photos taken during the session
