Opportunity: Private Appointment Room

Marketing Opportunity Inclusions:

• Private room provided for meeting space within the Expo East show campus.
• Promotion of Company at the entrance to the room.
  • (1) 22″ x 28″ sign with company name. Show management to produce graphic.

• Option for company to bring (1) pull-up sign. Max size 24″W by 8’H

• Standard furniture includes tables, chairs, and waste basket.
• Option to have (1) 6’ check-in table and (2) chairs outside of room entrance.
  • Company may provide branded tablecloth at check-in table

• Opportunity to add-on food and beverage service, AV capabilities or specialty furniture.

Details:

• Room cannot be used for exhibit space, functions or seminars.

• • No furniture, product sampling, or promotional items are permitted outside of the contracted room space.
  • Any additional items must be hand carried or shipped with your booth and moved onsite.
  • Location of private meeting room is based on availability throughout the Natural Products Expo Eastshow campus.
