Opportunity: Registration confirmation page ad

When attendees complete their show registration, they will see your downloadable sponsor material. This opportunity is only available to four companies – secure your sponsorship today!

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Your PDF or video file, sponsor logo, and booth number will be prominently displayed in the online registration final confirmation page viewed by approximately 8,500 registered attendees 
  • Registration is scheduled to go live June 2024 
• Sponsor to provide the following materials:
  • Sponsor logo
  • Booth number
  • Company website URL
    • If desired, sponsor to provide their own tracking link in the URL or embedded pixel for external tracking 
  • PDF or video 
    • Video file must be a link, hosted on a public channel such as YouTube or Vimeo. MP4 files are not accepted 
  • Title of PDF or video 
  • Image you want to appear on the final registration page that people will click on to view the .pdf or video
    • Image you want to appear on the final registration page that people will click on to view the .pdf or video 
    • It is a good suggestion to include a “play button” icon within this image 
    • Image specs: 200px W x 150px max H, .png, 72 dpi
