Opportunity: Scavenger hunt

Looking for ways to attract new attendees to your booth? GET IN THE GAME! We are hosting a scavenger hunt that will motivate attendees to explore the show floor to earn points for a chance to win! Participating exhibitors will be featured in our mobile app as a location to visit. Attendees will scan a QR code in your booth to verify they stopped by. All attendees who visit your booth will be captured and sent to you as leads. This sponsorship is available to 20 companies – secure your spot today and let the hunt begin.

Sponsorship deliverables:

• A unique QR code with your company logo will be displayed at your booth for attendees to scan to be entered to win a $500 Amazon gift card
  • Gift card winner will be randomly selected after the show and notified via email
  • Attendees must scan every QR code in order to be entered into the drawing for the gift card 
  • Leaderboard of participating attendees displayed within the mobile app
• Floor sticker placed at your booth indicating your participation in the scavenger hunt
• Sponsor to receive leads of those who participated in the scavenger hunt within one week post-show
  • Sponsorship program must be paid in full before lead delivery begins
• Promotional buttons/pins will be made available for sponsors and SupplySide show management to wear onsite to further engage attendee participation

• Sponsor logo recognition in a dedicated email sent to registered show participants promoting the scavenger hunt
• Sponsor logo recognition in the ‘ know before you go’ email sent to registered participants the week before the show
• Sponsor logo recognition in daily schedule emails sent to registered participants during the show including other relevant show information
• Sponsor logo recognition in a pre-show social media post on SupplySide social channels
• Your participation in the scavenger hunt will be recognized in the mobile app
