This dynamic afternoon will explore a range of topics related to the supplement industry, from growth opportunities and supply chain issues to scientific advancements, regulatory issues and exciting innovations. How is your company helping to define the future of supplements?

Event Inclusions with this Opportunity:

• Recognition as a Silver or Gold Sponsor.
• Conference Manager creates all content and chooses all presenter(s).
• Language will read “The Supplement Round Table” Sponsored by “Company Name” with sponsor logo included on expoeast.com education schedule, onsite signage, welcome slides and all promotions of The Supplement Round Table.
• Outreach table to feature company’s products or literature during The Supplement Round Table. Extra product may be placed beneath table and restocked by company representatives. Products must be approved by New Hope Network Standards prior to event.
• (2) Super Pass upgrades for existing Exhibit Hall Pass holders. Super Pass upgrades grant admission to all Natural Products Expo East education sessions, dedicated kiosks for badge pick-up and access to the Super Pass Lounge.
• Sponsor receives scan data post-show for all Supplement Round Table attendees.

• Sponsor inclusion in Natural Foods Merchandiser special advertising section–What’s Next in Supplements. January/February 2019 issue will include a ½-page ad + ½-page Q&A about the future of the category, plus online feature.
  • NFM is distributed to 15k qualified retail subscribers every other month and to 9k qualified digital subscribers.
• Co-branded, animated digital word cloud featuring audience takeaways, promoted post show.
  • Word cloud will be hosted on newhope.com, and promoted in relevant New Hope Network trade e-newsletters, and social channels focusing on engaging and educating the trade at large.
• Co-branded, content-based email campaign (one per sponsor) that promotes The Round Table and includes What’s Next in Supplements Q&A.

• The Supplement Round Table is scheduled to occur Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 1:00pm – 3:30pm. Exact time of day subject to change.
• Last date to contract for recognition in the Show Directory Map: July 27, 2018
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure contract 11 months from event. Last date to contract: August 3, 2018.
• Non-exclusive sponsorship- $8,995
• Exclusive sponsorship- $17,995
