Sponsorship Deliverables:
- Yoga will take place both mornings of the expo hall prior to the show floor opening, allowing up to 100 registrants per day
- A trained yoga instructor will lead attendees through an hour-long yoga class
- Mats, water and towels will be available within the yoga space
- Sponsor logo recognition on dedicated form for visitors to pre-register for yoga
- Pre-registration will be monitored by SupplySide Show Management, providing regular attendance updates as requested by sponsor
- Each yoga participant will receive:
- Yoga bag with one-color sponsor logo
- Reusable water bottle with one-color sponsor logo
- Your custom artwork on two (2) single-sided meter boards within the yoga space
- Sponsor logo on directional signage and a check-in sign
- Sponsor will receive photos from yoga within one week post-show
- Sponsor will receive list of visitors who registered for and attended the event with complete contact information
- All leads include those that have given consent for 3rd party share per Informa data privacy policies
- Sponsorship program must be paid in full before lead delivery begins

- Show feature promotion with sponsor logo recognition in the Show Directory
- Show feature location highlighted on the Education map in the Show Directory with sponsor logo recognition
- Sponsor logo recognition in email promotions sent to pre-registered & potential visitors including other relevant show information
- Sponsor logo recognition in daily schedule emails during SupplySide West including other relevant show information
- Sponsor logo recognition in two-touch dedicated email about yoga sent to pre-registered attendees
- Sponsor logo recognition in a pre-show social media post on SupplySide social channels
- Show feature promotion with sponsor recognition in the show app
- Push-notifications in the show app promoting the show feature
- A Marketing & Sponsorship Report will be provided with data relating to yoga exposure surrounding SupplySide West
